EastVillage Food Fare Growing

Flame Broiler, a Korean-inspired healthy bowl restaurant franchise, appears to be entering the Austin market.
On Oct. 31, Flame Broiler filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for a new location at 3500 E. Parmer Lane, part of the growing EastVillage mixed-use development. Flame Broiler’s menu includes items such as chicken rice bowls, steak bulgogi rice bowls, chicken avocado salads and more.
Work will include tenant finish out for a new restaurant, slated to be complete at the end of July 2026. The restaurant will be about 1,500 square feet with work estimated to cost $300,000, according to the filing. Reese Design Services has been tapped as the design firm, according to the TDLR filing. Information in TDLR filings is preliminary and subject to change.

Many restaurateurs have been flocking to the 425-acre mixed-use development, including Potbelly, Aburi Tora, Kilwins and more. Torchy’s Tacoswas also looking to ink a deal at EastVillage.
