EastVillage Announces Shake Shack as Newest Retail Tenant

Reger Holdings, LLC, a third-generation real estate investment and development company, today announced New York City-founded eatery, Shake Shack, as the newest restaurant tenant at its $1billion-plus, 425-acre EastVillage mixed-use urban center in Austin’s bustling northeast technology corridor.

Shake Shack is famous for serving elevated versions of American classics using only the best ingredients. It is known for its delicious, made-to-order Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken, hand-spun milkshakes, house-made lemonades, beer, wine, and more. With its high-quality food at great value, warm hospitality, and a commitment to crafting uplifting experiences, Shake Shack quickly became a cult brand with widespread appeal. 

Shake Shack’s food is always made-to-order, and the EastVillage Shack will continue to serve up all the classics, including the Shack Burger®, crinkle-cut fries, hand-spun shakes, and limited-time offerings throughout the year for guests to enjoy either in the dining room or to-go.

Shake Shack is the latest tenant slated for EastVillage, joining:

In addition, BillionToOne, a molecular diagnostic company headquartered in California, will expand its operations to Austin with a 220,000-square-foot medical office at EastVillage.

Upon buildout, EastVillage will feature over 375,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 1.5 million square feet of office space for life science firms and traditional office users, 2,400 multi-family residential units, 466 single-family homes, three hotels, and a 150-acre park with miles of hike and bike trails.
